We are stoked to announce that Bobbi Bovenzi will be one our Music Facilitators for the Children’s Program this year! If you came to our 2017 Summit in Penticton, British Columbia, I’m sure you’ll remember Bobby. He’s the one that got our entire group drumming, dancing, and feeling the music in our opening ceremony!
This year, Bobby will be working in the Music Crew of the children’s program teaching kids that if you can clap your hands, you’ve got rhythm!
We are also very excited to announce the generosity of a local company in Ubud, The Drum Factory. They will be providing all of the musical instruments for our program because they believe that all children should have the opportunity to make music! Big thanks to Ed and his team at The Drum Factory for their giving spirit. We are so excited to work with them!
If you are coming to the event and have children between the ages of 6 and 12, we’ll be sending out our Adventure Crew Sign Up Sheets in the coming weeks so please watch your emails!
What are Adventure Crews?
This year we will have FIVE Adventure Crews:
Your child will have the choice to participate in ONE of these crews on each afternoon of the summit. Each crew is lead by two experienced adults plus a handful of eager teens who are going to make a fun and inclusive learning environment for your children to learn and make new friends!
The crews are limited to 30 children per group so be sure to sign your child up as soon as you see the sign-up email to avoid disappointment.
