Christine Gilbert has been traveling and living overseas since 2008. Along the way, she and her husband Drew have had three children, two born in Mexico. As a family they’ve traveled to over 40 countries. Christine is the author of the Penguin Random House memoir Mother Tongue, the filmmaker behind The Wireless Generation, and editor of Almost Fearless magazine. She has been featured in National Geographic Traveler (2014 Travelers of the Year), Elle magazine, Wall Street Journal, The Daily Mail, Lonely Planet, Rough Guides, Fast Company and many more. They currently live in Mexico but are repatriating to the United States – to become ski bums in a mountain town near Vail, CO.
