Biography

TreeVor hails from a magical place called The Slocan Valley in beautiful British Columbia, Canada.  He is a father of three and has been working with kids and youth of all ages for the past 20 years.  He is a graduate of Vancouver Film School and worked professionally in the Vancouver film industry as a production coordinator, talent coordinator, and 3rd and 2nd assistant director.  

TreeVor has performed and recorded with multiple different bands of various different genres including folk, singer-songwriter, metal, punk, rock and experimental.  He’s been operating a mobile songwriting/recording studio for youth on and off for the past 20 years and recently has begun running film clubs for kids of all ages.  

From 2004 to 2015, TreeVor wrote, recorded and performed environmental music and musical theatre for kids in the all-ages entertainment duo, Gogo Bonkers, who were nominated for best kids album of the year at the 2010 Western Canadian Music Awards.

TreeVor continues build magical, creative spaces for kids to be able to express themselves through various art forms and will most likely continue on for years to come.
